Returns

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products:

• Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/video of the product

We will arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible and will be processed within 5–7 business days.
